Main Responsibilities:
- Responsible for new technology and process implementation in PCB assembly area;

- Initiate and implement new process/es for SMD operation BA Process controls and improvement activities;

- Root cause analysis of product and process failures.
Basic Requirements:
- Engineering Graduate (Mechanical or Electrical/Electronics);
- 2 years or above experience in PCBA process;
- In-depth know-how in SPC tools, SMD Processes and Repair;
- With good background in "Underfilling Asymtek Machine" and its utilization;
- Can handle projects independently with minor supervision;
- Knowledge in Pb-free process, Fuji SMT machineries, DEK, MPM, ERSA a plus.

#. NCIC-IT -- IT Specialist
Main Responsibilities:
- Work in Nokia IT as Application Support (AS), supporting Nokia's MES applications and local tools;
- Take on-call duty in non-office hours to solve critical requests about mission critical information applications;
- Provide functional application knowledge;
- Monitor & solve assigned requests. If resolution is not possible, assign the request further to the proper support group;
- Contribute to delivering advanced training programs on applications, processes & tools to key users;
- Facilitate communication between Key Users & application creation;
